How does the Washbox Card work?

Load value at the in-store kiosk with cash or credit, then use the card to run any washer or dryer. Cash loads in full onto the card — no change is dispensed. Your balance stays on the card and can be reloaded anytime.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Can I drop off my laundry?

Yes — drop off your Wash, Dry, Fold at the counter. $2.80 per pound, 10 lb minimum, next-day turnaround.

Is there an attendant on site?

An attendant is on site from 8:00 a.m. every day, Sunday through Saturday, to assist with the kiosk, machines, drop-off service, and anything else you may need.

Do you do dry cleaning at the laundromat?

No — the laundromat doesn't process dry cleaning at the counter. For dry cleaning, schedule a pickup and delivery through our sister service WashboxGo at washboxgo.com.
